OUR STORY
About 25 years ago, a good friend and I started with an incredibly simple idea: we wanted to make genuinely great food, bring people together, and have a lot of fun doing it. We kicked things off by offering onsite grilling for massive chicken dinners. Back then, we lived and breathed by our original motto: “We party with ya!” And trust me, we truly meant every word of it.
Countless weekend cookouts, backyard bashes, and smoky grills later, those legendary good times sparked something special. Out of all that experimenting over the hot coals came some of the most mouth-watering, crowd-pleasing BBQ sauces, rubs, and marinades you will ever taste. Soon enough, people started asking how they could get that exact same flavor at their own homes.
Now, my goal is to share those bold, unforgettable flavors with as many people as possible. That’s exactly how Kick in the D.I.X. came to life. Whether you're craving something sweet like our Apple BBQ, packing heat with our D.I.X. Spicy, or going classic with our Texas-style blends, we've bottled up that original backyard magic.
